Applying is role-specific permission.When you apply to a posted role, that application authorizes use of your application and attached resume/CV for that employer and role. No second release request is required.
Talent-card browsing does not release documents.Anonymous cards do not show your name, phone, email, or resume/CV. Employers must submit a separate request for review.
Private data stays private.Name, phone, email, and resume are not displayed publicly.
You can ask to be removed.Removal requests are tracked and reviewed.
